I'm L. Wayne Hancock.

Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From the time I was old enough to hold my great-grandmother’s Kodak film camera, I was drawn to the ability to preserve a moment, capture beauty, and tell a story through an image.

For me, photography is about more than simply taking pictures. It is about connecting with people, enjoying the experience, and creating meaningful art that will be treasured for years to come.

Whether I’m photographing the beauty of a Hawaiʻi landscape, the intimacy of a wedding, or the unique personality of someone through portraiture, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel authentic, tell a story, and leave a lasting impression.
